Shipping Policy

Flat Rate Shipping of 10.95 on all orders except for any oversize items. Oversize items are to include but not limited to Radomes, Radars and Antennas etc.

Customer will be charged actual cost for any expedited shipping cost

Any Flat Rate freight offers are for the continental US and are shipped ground.

Heavy, oversized items such as, but not limited to, radars etc. placed in an order will disqualify the order for flat-rate shipping. For an additional cost, you may choose to have these items shipped using 1,2 or 3 day shipping.

Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will usually ship the following business day*.

*”Business Day” means Monday thru Friday except the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Independence Day, Christmas Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day.

Shipping Damage

We must be notified within 36 hours of your receipt of a shipment if package/product is damaged in order to be eligible to file a claim with the carrier.

Delivery time

Though Johnson Hicks.com can estimate shipping dates, Johnson Hicks.com cannot guarantee delivery dates for any delivery once it’s in the hands of the carrier.

Pricing

Our website reflects the most current pricing available in our database. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change prices caused by increased sourcing costs and/or mismarked items. No refunds or credits will be issued due to a change.

Backorders

Johnson Hicks.com DOES carry backorders. We ship everything in your order that is currently in stock. If items are out of stock, they are backordered. They will remain on backorder until the items arrives. When the item becomes available they will automatically ship. If you don’t wish to keep an item on backorder, it is your responsibility to call us and have the item removed from backorder status.

Returns

Please call to get prior authorization before returning any item.

Issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee that a credit will be issued, or that an exchange will be made.

“Close Out”, “Discontinued” or “Special Order” items may not be returned.

Returns must be made within 30 days from the invoice date.

To be eligible for a credit, all returned products must be in new condition in original packaging. Please do not write on the packaging.

All items must be sent back postage prepaid. No COD’s will be accepted.

Returns that are not defective are subject to a 20% restock charge.

Please allow 5-7 work days after your return has been received at our office for a credit to be issued. Any items purchased more than 30 days from the invoice date are not eligible for return.

Return exclusions

Exceeding the return period of 30 days.

Owner fails to use and maintain parts as stated in the literature.

Parts or accessories affected or damaged by improper maintenance, misuse, water, neglect, abuse, theft, fire accident and/or collision or consequential damage or storage.

Use of unsuitable attachment or parts, or the unauthorized alteration of any part will void the manufacturer warranty and any return policy

 “Close Out”, “Discontinued” or “Special Order” items may not be returned.

Warranty

Johnson Hicks.com  will stand behind all products sold with regards to manufacturing defects in workmanship and material. Most products are limited to manufacturer’s warranty. However, we will do everything in our power to take care of the problem.

Special Orders

Once a special order has been placed, this order cannot be cancelled and/or returned.

No minimums required.
